All prize pools and payouts — if any — are established, managed, and distributed solely by the league commissioner. Ultimate Pick’ems is the platform provider only.

9. Commissioner Responsibilities

League commissioners are responsible for managing their own leagues, including:

Ultimate Pick’ems provides tools for running leagues but is not a party to any financial arrangements between commissioners and members. Commissioners agree to use the Platform responsibly and lawfully.

10. Promotions and Contests

From time to time, we may offer site-wide promotions, bonuses, or special contests. Each promotion may have additional rules which form part of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
