Official Rules

1. Eligibility & Accounts - All participants must create and maintain an active account on Ultimate Pick’ems. - Each user is responsible for maintaining accurate account information. - Multiple accounts created to gain competitive advantage are prohibited. 2. League Participation - Users may join public leagues or private leagues using an invite code. - League participation is subject to the rules established by the League Commissioner. - Ultimate Pick’ems reserves the right to remove users who violate platform policies. 3. Creating a League - Users may create custom leagues by selecting the sport, roster format, and scoring categories. - A league creation fee may apply. - Commissioners are responsible for organizing league rules, entry fees (if any), and prize distribution. - Ultimate Pick’ems does not collect, hold, or distribute winnings. 4. Entries & Team Selection - Each participant may submit one or more entries per league, as permitted by the commissioner. - Each entry consists of a selected roster based on league settings. - Participants are responsible for ensuring their entries comply with league limits. 5. Entry Deadlines & Lock Times - Standard leagues require entries to be submitted or updated before the season start date. - Future league formats may allow customized lock times. - Once a lock time passes or a game begins, entries are final and cannot be modified. 6. Editing & Lineup Changes - Participants may edit their entries an unlimited number of times before the lock deadline. - No changes are permitted after games begin or deadlines expire. - Technical issues do not guarantee deadline extensions. 7. Scoring System - Scoring is based on the statistical category selected for each league. - Point values and ranking methods are defined by league settings. - Final rankings are calculated based on accumulated points over designated time periods. 8. Rankings & Awards - Monthly, seasonal, or custom time-block rankings are provided. - Commissioners determine awards, prizes, or recognition. - Ultimate Pick’ems is not responsible for fulfillment of league-based rewards. 9. Fees & Payments - League creation fees are paid directly to Ultimate Pick’ems. - Entry fees within private leagues are managed solely by commissioners. - The platform does not facilitate financial transactions between users. 10. Fair Play & Conduct - Cheating, collusion, or manipulation of results is strictly prohibited. - Automated tools, bots, or exploits are not permitted. - Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination. 11. Technical Issues & Platform Availability - Ultimate Pick’ems strives for reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. - The platform is not liable for losses due to outages, delays, or technical failures. - Users are encouraged to submit entries well before deadlines. 12. Rule Changes & Updates - Ultimate Pick’ems reserves the right to modify rules at any time. - Updates will be posted on the platform. - Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised rules. 13. Disputes & Administration - Commissioners manage league-specific disputes. - Platform-related disputes may be reviewed by Ultimate Pick’ems administrators. - Administrative decisions are final.
